Everything was good. Night staff a bit sharp.
Would Matron and ward sister spoke to the patient and apologized. Patient did not want to make a complaint ward to speak to the night staff.
Kind.
Caring.
Considerate.
The staff were extremely kind and caring both night and day and hygiene excellent.
The food was also very nice with such a choice.
What can I say, I have 5 star service. I found no troubles with staff.
They were when I needed them.
Thank you all.
I was contacted by Christina to begin physio over the phone due to COVID. And referred to a pilates class with Claire. It has all been very supportive and appropriate. Completed week one and looking forward to the next.
I have had two on-line sessions during lock-down with Physiotherapist, Anne Monk from Woking Community Hospital, for advice and therapy for my painful knee. I have found these sessions extremely helpful and am carrying out Anne's exercises every day as prescribed. Anne is a good communicator and her instructions are always clear. I have already seen significant progress in this short time and I am gaining knowledge about my knee's weaknesses and how to exercise without straining it. I am very grateful for this service. Many thanks, Anne.
Thank you so much, Anne. You were very helpful and gave me great advice. I will work hard on your exercises . Thanks again, Ruth
Communication between night and day shifts sometimes seems to be lacking.
Drug distribution seems complicated and not always accurate.
Additional toilets need to be provided.
Very grateful for the give to me.
